- ●Usability: O.K., so it's useful. There is a reason for it to exist. Now we have to make it as easy to use as possible. While this seems obvious, doing so is as much an art as it is a science. Most users cannot even fully imagine (without some practiced guidance) the features that will make something easier, faster, and more enjoyable.
- ●Findability: It simply will not matter how useful or usable something is, if the users cannot easily and intuitively find it. At EXPERIDYN, we are architects, more than designers. Like a light switch in a dark room, everything should fall to hand and be exactly where you expect it to be, just when you need it to be there.
