Privacy policy

Who we are

This website (experidyn.com/xdai) is run by 2MJK, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Experiential Dynamics (“XDAI”, “we”, “us”). We decide how the personal information described here is used. You can reach us about privacy at matt.dahl@experidyn.com.

What we collect, and why

When you contact us

If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, your email address and anything you choose to tell us, such as your company and what you need. We use it to reply, arrange conversations and prepare proposals you ask for. Where the law asks for a legal basis, ours is our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps you have asked for before entering a contract.

When you visit the site

Our hosting provider, IONOS, processes the technical information your browser sends with each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type and the page that referred you. This is kept in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Fonts from Google

The page uses typefaces from Google Fonts. When it loads, your browser requests them from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). As with any web request, Google receives your IP address, the address of the page and standard browser information. Google says the Google Fonts API does not set or log cookies. What we do not collect

The site has no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, no social media plugins and no forms. The AI self-check and the value calculator run entirely in your browser: your answers are not stored and are never sent to us or anyone else.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies, and it does not use similar technologies such as local storage or tracking pixels. That is why it shows no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

• with service providers who help us run the business, such as our web host and email provider, and only for that purpose;
• when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others; and
• with a successor, if all or part of our business is reorganized, merged or sold. This policy will continue to apply to information passed on that way.

Where it is processed

We are based in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and contact details for as long as we need them for the conversation and any business relationship that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Our host keeps server logs for a limited period for security and operations.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. To make a request, or to review or correct anything you have sent us, email matt.dahl@experidyn.com. We will respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not collect information about your online activities over time or across other websites, so there is no tracking for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off, and the site works the same either way. Apart from Google receiving font requests as described above, no third party collects personal information through this site.

Children

This site is meant for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
