About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website (experidyn.com/xdai), which is run by 2MJK, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Experiential Dynamics (“XDAI”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Information, not advice

The content on this site is general information about artificial intelligence, AI safety and governance, and our products and services. It is not legal, financial, tax, security or other professional advice, and it does not take your particular circumstances into account. Please get advice suited to your situation before acting on it.

The AI self-check and the value calculator are simple, illustrative tools. Their results depend on your inputs and on general assumptions; they are not an assessment, a forecast or a promise of results. Figures from other organizations are cited with their sources, and we do not guarantee their accuracy. Results described for Darsena come from its Test Edition on synthetic data, client figures are that client’s projected first-year return, and the examples on the site use invented names.

No offer; separate agreements

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide products or services on particular terms. Prices, scope and other terms are set only in a written agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this site conflicts with such an agreement, the agreement prevails.

Using the site

You may view the site, and print or save pages for your own reference or internal business use. You may not:

• copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site, or present them as your own, without our written permission;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
• use automated means to copy the site’s content in bulk, including to train AI models, without our written permission; or
• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

XDAI, Experiential Dynamics, Darsena, SpecWerks and AI ROI Accelerator, and their logos, are trademarks of 2MJK, LLC or its affiliates. Other names and marks, such as those of the organizations whose research we cite, belong to their owners. Using this site does not give you any rights in any of them.

The site links to other websites, such as the sources of the research we cite. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 2MJK, LLC and its members, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
